The Perch Marketing team is seeking to put more oomph into our digital marketing presence. Our CRM needs someone dedicated and caring to groom it into a stunning example of CRM beauty, and expand our digital marketing team.

This is a growth opportunity with the potential to advance quickly within Perch and determine your own career path. Even your title is flexible.

A day in the life

  • Work with the Marketing and Sales teams to optimize digital outreach for great user experiences and smooth hand-off to sales and support teams
  • Recommend and execute structural changes to Pardot (and Salesforce)
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Collaborate with designers and content team to improve user experience
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends etc.) and
  • Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date

  • Hand-pick and lead your own team
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase company and brand awareness
  • Build and partnerships with media agencies and vendors as needed
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels

A perfect match

  • You’ve got experience in Digital Marketing, Marketing Technology or similar role
  • You have a strong understanding of and experience with Pardot
  • You understand digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • You have experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM (enough to advise other team members)
  • You are goal-oriented, able to wear a few hats, and you like laughing and working closely with a dynamic team

Above and beyond

  • Familiarity with SalesForce Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
  • Skills and experience in content writing or editing
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • BS/BA in marketing or relevant field
