Digital Marketing Director

Perch is seeking to put more oomph into our digital marketing presence. Your job will be to increase demand in the digital realm, building and executing a strategy for growth, and ensuring measurability across digital initiatives.

A day in the life

  • Conduct and report analysis of website and social traffic
  • Drive website traffic from target audiences, with support from the creative team and in-house, dedicated development
  • Establish and monitor ROI and KPIs, and recommend structural changes to Pardot (and Salesforce) to institute them
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, WebTrends, etc.)
  • Improve user experience and ensure smooth lead capture
  • Manage all digital channels
  • Prioritize day-to-day content with Marketing team; oversee company blog and social media
  • Recommend marketing mix, and manage paid ad campaigns
  • Build relationships with media agencies and vendors as needed

A perfect match

  • You’re autonomous and adaptable, and you enjoy finding things you can improve
  • You’ve earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field, OR…
  • You have 5-7 years of experience in marketing under your belt, including at least 3 years of holistic digital marketing
  • You consider yourself a guru at one or more of these: PPC, SEO, and SEM (or you have one that we should know about!)
  • You have a working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms
  • You’re intimate with analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools, and have your favorites
  • You have a working knowledge of marketing orchestration tools like Pardot or HubSpot
  • You’re buddies with SalesForce
  • You have solid experience with B2B social media
  • You take pride in your work and appreciate loose reins to make your best decisions (and own them)

Above and beyond

  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Skills and experience in content writing or editing
